Spring is here which means yard clean ups!

The harsh winter is now behind us and spring is here! I think everyone can say that they are happy to see green grass in their yard. However, springtime also means mud season, and cleaning up after a long, crazy winter.

Clean-ups come with a pretty hefty to-do list. To start, you have to fix the plow damage along your driveway by filling in all the holes with dirt, and putting the grass back where it belongs. Next, you have to pull all the stones out of your lawn that have been thrown into the grass from the plow or your snow blower. Then, you have to prep your property for lawn mowing, which means going around and picking up all the sticks and branches that fell onto your lawn throughout the winter. Some leaves have probably blown back into your gardens or up near your house, and they need to be removed. If your driveway is paved, it should be swept and blown off to remove the leftover sand from plowing. If sand is left on your driveway over the summer, it can get slippery, and it will tear up the nice pavement you have.

The to-do list could go on. Spring clean-ups can get messy and become a headache. That is what we are here for! We tailor each customer’s lawn maintenance plan to their specific needs for any size property. We treat your property like our own.
